Thank you for your interest in joining the Climb Higher Colorado' (CHC) team. As an organization, we are predisposed to trying to work in innovative and creative ways. As such, we are thinking about our organizational needs in a unique way.
We currently have three overarching organizational capacity needs pertaining to 1) Communications, 2) Policy, and 3) Family Engagement. As a nimble organization, we are open to filling these needs in a variety of ways. If we find an individual that has all three skill sets, this would be a single role. More than likely, two or three individuals will be needed to fill these capacity needs and we will be flexible on the scope and structure of the role based on the individual’s skill set and capacity.
We are exploring structuring these roles as any combination of part time, contract, and full time employees, so please indicate within the application what time commitment you are open to and interested in. Each of these roles are ideal for someone who is relationship-oriented, committed to educational equity, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and collaborative environment. The roles will evolve over time, so a comfort with shifting needs and responsibilities is a must. We encourage applicants to look through each of the organizational roles and identify which skill sets you have within or across roles and apply accordingly.
